Who Is She

Jules is Rafe and Georgia Khatchadorian's mother. She works at a restaurtant called Swifty's and Frank is her boss. She works as a waiter. Her husband had been gone for an unknown reason until the 2nd book when she revealed to Rafe that the original father was a soldier and died for them. In the 1st book, she was engaged to Bear (aka Carl) and had to work double shifts. It had never been a good relationship however and Carl moved out, stopping working double shifts at the diner.

Trivia

. Georgia claimed that Jules is never really awake in the morning before she has her coffee, making it easy to fool her. 

. Jules is known to be a caring person and mother.

. Jules has admitted to Georgia that she had adopted her because Leo died. Not because she wanted to replace him, but she was not the same with only one child.
